External Links are shown twice

My problem: Now, the Icon for external Links is showing twice. You can see it @ the bottom question: Was ist ein Schamlippenspreizer und wie benutze ich ihn?

when i open this linkes article, there is no issue: https://www.strap-on-it.de/sextoy-faq/schamlippenspreizer/
