External link to an image in gallery SLIDESHOW format

  • Are you referring to the slideshow format from the Jetpack plugin? If so, this plugin doesn’t touch images inside third party, javascript-created lightboxes/slideshows – they’re not part of WordPress core. Also, I believe Jetpack doesn’t put links around its slideshow images, so there’s nothing for this plugin to modify.
