External link in "our team" widget

I want to add an external link in “our team” widget description so I’m able to especify individual phone numbers for each member.

I tried with <a href="tel:+541158759785">? (011) 15-5875-9785</a> but after saving code is changed to <a href=<strong>\</strong>"tel:+541158759785<strong>\</strong>">? (011) 15-5875-9785</a> and link doesn’t work as external link.
