external link frame

I want to display to the members leaving from my blog that you are visiting a link outside our blog and website and we don’t assure the safety as a frame in the top, just similar when we see an image from a google image search
I have seen this feature in IPB and vBulletin forums, is this available for wordpress too, any modification needed ?
