External IP Cache Time for Developers

Hi Pal,

I sent you an issue happened to me that the client external IP returned [0.0.0.0] so i understood your plugin and want to ask you to add the Cache Time as a variable in function [geoip_detect2_get_external_ip_adress] so when using this [_geoip_detect_get_external_ip_adress_without_cache] to get the external IP from external sources and returned [0.0.0.0] don’t cache for (2 hours) but make the cache couple minutes so we (developers) can tell our clients via msg to try again in (2 mins) not (2 hours).

I urgently need this feature because our theme depending on your plugin to get client’s sensitive data to show weather for his country and this cannot be done without an external IP and alson to save his IP in review posts.
