External image Download & Set to Featured Image

    I am currently importing an RSS feed from another site. I have it positing under a news section but the images are not showing .When you click on post the pictures show up just fine. I need a plugin to first download the external image and select the first one as my featured image.

    Does anyone know of a plugin like this ?
