External Dofollow Links: addtoany.com

Hey

I installed WP External link plugin and External link plugin in order to put the link ‘rel=nofollow’. I happy to remove the scoial media outbbound links but addtoany.com is still there. I followed an other post where somebody suggested to use the additional javascript code below but its still not changing the behaviour of dofollow link to no follow link. Can anyone please help to to solve this problem?
