using this CSV importer you can update the old records

i just want to create a stand alone list from a .CSV file but don’t need or want to have that list become WordPress users.

just a simple mailing lust that has nothing to do with WordPress.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no way to import just email addresses into the plugin. Each email address would need to be associated with a WordPress user account. The plugin can create lists of and send emails to WordPress users.
