• I have a client site that is basically just HTML but they are requesting that there be a blog page that uses WordPress as it’s blogging platform. Is there a way to just have a blog page page run by WordPress that’s integrated into this site without changing around any of the other areas of the site?

    Thanks in advance

  • I have this on my own site. Install wordpress in your site’s root in a folder you want the page to be (blog or whatever). Add the page to your html site’s menu. Copy the header and footer to your theme in the wordpress install and set the new page as the wordpress url in settings.

You could also set up a sub-domain (blog.yoursite.com) and link it that way instead.
