Extent of Additional CSS function – ???!!!

? = In a few words, what is the extent of the Additional CSS function… Would like to know your take on this, as in outline some extra posiibilites that could be had there! Please … Thank you! Just what to potentially look into, and stuff like that, no need to go into real-real great detail on it!)

And as for multilanguage websites – would you say – I make separate albums for that, and just set it to switch between the two languages somehow. Or is it done easier in some other way, in CSS precisely, maybe… What are your thoughts, and takes – Thank You!
