Extensions Refund

I’ve been trying the Extensions pass and honestly I didn’t like it, bit too much work to get things running without a problem and I couldn’t find a use case for my community, therefore I asked for a refund. I opened a ticket, but I’m not sure if I’m getting a response on time. If support responds after the weekend, it will be beyond 30 days. (Right now it is 29th day). Is it sufficient that I opened a support ticket, stating that I want refund for the Extensions Pass. I already deactivated the plugin extensions on my WordPress site.
I didn’t find a phone number anywhere so I can’t call support.. Does anyone know the phone number for the Support line?
