Extension license key doesn’t work

Hello,

How do I update my extension if I can’t find the extension files under “File Downloads” in my UM Account. By the way, my subscription/license key is active.

My User Locations extension wasn’t showing the map markers, so I reached out to UM support. They said that I needed to update my User Location version to 1.0.9 to resolve the issue. I didn’t receive any instructions on how to do this so I looked through the UM docs and followed the instructions to locate updated extension files in “File Downloads” within my account on the ultimatemember.com site. However, there were no files found in the “File Downloads” tab even though it says my license is active and displays my Extension Pass key.

Next, I followed the instructions below found on the UM website:

“please go to Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Licenses (tab) in your WordPress dashboard and double check the license key entered for the extension failing to update. To verify your license keys, you can log into?your account?to see the correct license keys listed below each of their respective extensions”

After entering my active license key for my User Locations extension, it says that it is invalid. I can really use so help folks. Thanks
