Extension for menu options

Hi

I have a personal chef service catering site. I want to create a product which is the name of one of the menus. For example the menu has 3 courses with 3 options per course.

When the customer orders the menu they have to choose the one option for each course multiplied by the number of diners before it goes to checkout.

Is there an extension for this?
