    Hello ??

I’ve got a problem since yesterday, without changing anything some of my files were not found, there was some displaying bugs so I thought there was a problem somewhere so I did a pingtools scan and this is what I found:

my website is looking for those files at this address now:

    https:// mywebsite.com/ wp-content/plugins/ homez.720/ mywebsi/www/ wp-content/plugins/tablepress-datatables-column-filter-widgets/css/ColumnFilterWidgets.css

    instead of being:

    https:// mywebsite.com/wp-content/ plugins/tablepress-datatables-column-filter-widgets/css/ColumnFilterWidgets.css

so the file is not found as it does not search in the right place…

my tablepress other files are working just fine, this is just this one which is not found because this part homez.720/ mywebsi/www/ wp-content/plugins/ was added I don’t know how…

    Do you have any ideas?

I tried to replace all of my FTP files and SQL tables with a working save from 1 month ago, and surprise I’ve got the exact same problem on the same files, and as it keeps searching the file my website is really really slow and my server seems to crash… !

Do you think it can be a host problem?
    Thank you very much! ??

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not entirely sure, bit it seems that this is some sort of server issue. TablePress uses the WordPress function plugins_url() to build the URL of the CSS file.
My assumption is that something on the server is messing with that. One cause could be that the files/folders on the server are somehow symlinked or something like that.
I can only suggest that you contact your webhost support about this.

    Regards,
    Tobias
