Extending length of image display in slideshow?

Hello everyone!
A non-profit I am helping is using a really old theme that I can’t find any support on called “Superclean.” I am not sure if it was paid or a free theme.I have located how to change the slider images in a file called slide_block.php, but can’t figure out how to change the timing: https://pastebin.com/L3sF1sBY
I am well versed in old HTMl and have been learning CSS in my spare time, but I can’t figure this one out. Here are places I checked to try to change the transition time:
