Extendify Bloat/Trojan horse

  • Slipping this in is really not cool. We used this on loads of sites too, I get the need to commercialise and would’ve been happy with some sort of pro level but this sort of behaviour is alienating my from ever going near anything to do with Extendify.

  • Hi Anthony – Chris from Extendify here. I’m not associated with WP Mail Logging, but wanted to add some context.

    I believe that adding the Extendify library was unintentional by the developer when they were updating one of our other frameworks that is used in WP Mail Logging. We have taken steps on our end to try to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future with other plugins and have been in touch with the developer as well. However, I’m not sure when the next update will be.
