I can see that it’s be course of the update where you have seriously remodelled the plugin.
And i still have to say, to at least paying customers, you should have mailed and told us that this was going, shortly put, kill it all.
New shortcodes, the surveys must all be made from scratch, and with no possebility to import or transfer the data and make the switch, that is not a good way to make your business.
I know you have written that it could all be read on your blog, but first one needs to be made aware of this blog post.
Secondly, you do not just push updates like this through the admin board without user having to do something manually, it’s just not okay, it’s just not good customer care.
We have a business page where the survey is key part in a diagnosis used by health practitioners, it can not just be out of order cause of an update.
Updates pushed through the admin board can not just completly kill of a function plugin/website, it is simply not acceptable. I can only ask, when is it going to happen again ?
And why is it that it looks like we have the NOT extended version, and not the extended version we have payed for ?
And seriously, you gotte figure a way for porting the surveys/database fileds to the new plugin.
I hope you can understand why i think this is not an okay situation to put your customers in.
