How to extend and retract the window?

    Hello,
    I installed using the short code provided and it displays a window on a page. I have also added the php code on my footer.php and it displays the chat box at the bottom of the page.
    How do you:
    1) display the chat window at the bottom right of your site?
    2) do you make the chat window expand and retract when clicked on?
    I couldn’t find a direction on these.
