• This plugin developer’s website (10quality.com) has gone offline several times over the last few months and when it does, my site will also crash because the WooCommerce License Keys (Extension) addon to this plugin stops functioning. I can get my site back online by deactivating the Extension addon via FTP. Currently their site is offline and has been for days. I have reached out to the developers via email several times but they have not responded.

Hi there @rhombusinc I see you reported this thread to the moderators. Please note that we are just the folks who enforce the rules around all of www.remarpro.com.

Reporting to moderators doesn’t get any faster support, instead it just kind of attracts attention from folks whose radar you probably don’t want to be on. ??

If you really do need a moderator, please add a reply letting us know why before you hit the report button.

Otherwise, please hang in there for the plugin’s support to reply when they can.

We received buffer overflow attack, we have removed cross-server checks (DRMs) on the extension plugin to prevent customer sites to crush. Please review our blog, since we will be compensating our customers by extending their license.
