Extend Pick Up Time Delay?

  • Hello, is there a way to increase the pick up time delay. Currently the max pick up delay is one week (7 days), but our client is looking for a 9 day delay for their wedding packages. Is that something that can be adjusted??

    I do have an open item on my list to look at doing this. It’s not so easy given the legacy setup of this setting. I may have to look at adding a new flexible setting that can be used as an override for the older legacy field. Simply converting the old legacy field may not be entirely feasible.
