Express One options not visible

  • Hello, I am not Hungarian, so hope English is ok. Please feel free to respond in Hungarian.

    I downloaded the plugin, free version, but no pickup locations are shown for Express One, despite selecting only the Express One options.

    Seems like there are problems with JSONs not loading for Express One and hence not showing the options.

    Can you please respond where may be the problem?

    Hi! In case of Express One, you need to fill in your account details under Shipping / Providers / Express One, because the db i fetch the points from is behind authentication.

    @passatgt Thank you for the quick response, it helped to solve the “issue”.

    If I may add another questions:

    1. the plugin, neither the free nor the payed version, does not support sending standard 24h orders to the Express One system, right?

    2. Also, the printing labels that we can display via the payed version correspond only to the parcelshop orders, correct?

    You can print labels for both parcelshop and home delivery with the paid version.
