Express Checkout returning to cart without completing

    Express Checkout with a credit card isn’t working for me. I’ve tested it with both sandbox test accounts and real accounts.

    Here is my client’s store page: https://www.seesawsoups.com/order

    After entering credit card information on the Paypal screen, there is a “processing” message and then I’m returned to the shopping cart with the items still showing in the cart. There is no error message. The transaction doesn’t complete.

    I’ve tested this with a business PayPal account with Express Checkout enabled. Checkout with a PayPal account (instead of credit card) works fine.

    Anyone else run into this problem?

    Please email me ( which you have done ). Paypal express is not a feature of simple ecommerce.

    I have the Pro version.

    Regardless, on this plugin’s description it says: “Checkout without account.” Is there a way to checkout without an account that does not use Express Checkout?

    Yes manual payment option, google checkout, mijerah checkout.
