Express Checkout on Checkout Page

    Hi,
    As the title says, only the Cart and Product pages are supported, but would it be possible to also have a Checkout page option? The PayPal plugin we’re using, for example, has all 3 options and the Express button on Checkout sits right on top of the billing fields.
