    I cannot get the express buttons to show up in live mode.

    In test mode they work fine.

    I’ve removed and re-added the domain in the Stripe control panel.

    I’ve tried with all plugins disabled.

    Nothing at all will make this plugin work.

    All I see in the source code is:

    <div id="wc-stripe-payment-request-button">
    <!-- A Stripe Element will be inserted here. -->
    </div>

    I’m at the point of giving up, I’ve wasted hours on this.

    Hi @webvirtuoso

    Unexpectedly, the express checkout buttons are working fine in test mode but not in live mode. Since you’ve already tried disabling all other plugins and re-adding the domain in the Stripe control panel, it seems like the issue might be more complex. Here are some points you need to make sure of:

    • Your entire site must be served over HTTPS.
    • Your domain must have a valid SSL certificate.
    • Your server must support the TLS 1.2 protocol or later.
    • Your server must have port 443 open.
    • Switch to a default theme (Storefront)
    • Ensure you have a fully activated Stripe account
    • Check for JavaScript errors. You can do this by inspecting the page using your browser’s developer tools.

    Here’s our dedicated support page for express checkout buttons not showing:

    If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please send over your system status report and any recent fatal error logs. We’ll be here to help you find a solution.

    Cheers!

    I’ve done all of this.

    Now I’m in a position where the button will show sometimes in live mode, then not at all.

    I had it working for a few hours, now it’s decided to remove itself of its own accord.

    It’s deeply frustrating. For the time I’ve wasted on this I wish we’d gone with Woocommerce payments, which are a breeze in comparison.

    Hi there

    I understand this can be frustrating but I’m here to help you resolve the issue. Can you please share the following:

    1. Your site’s system status – You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
    2. Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce > Status > Logs?(if available).

    You could copy and paste in your reply here or via?https://gist.github.com/?and share the link.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Cheers.
