In this form, we have 3 dropdown selection options (Preferred time slot, 2nd preferred time slot, 3rd preferred time slot). But when I do a test of the form, the entries for 2nd and 3rd time slot do not get imported into the Google form. All the headers and the other fields import just fine. The slugs are “2nd_preferred_time_slot” and “3rd_preferred_time_slot”, so it’s not a special character issue. Any idea what the issue is?

Did you replace underscores with dashes in headers?

Yes. In the Google form, dashes are used instead of underscores.

Try to enable automatic header creation in plugin settings and check whether some new columns are added on next submit.

I actually had that option on originally when it didn’t work. I unchecked it and it still didn’t work. Now I’ve checked it again and it still isn’t working. Other ideas?

When I look at the Debug Log for my test submissions, I see this:

[ERROR_MSG] => Error in Google Request

try to rename your slugs so that they start with letter and not digits

It works now! I didn’t think that would be the issue since I’ve used numbers in slugs on other forms. But apparently, the numbers can’t come at the beginning of the slug.
