    Hi, how are you?

I’m working for a client who failed to tell me that they needed to move all the job applications moved over from their old site to their new site before I transferred everything. Therefore, I transferred their WordPress site after backing up their old site.

To recover the job applications, I installed their old site on a test server and then tried to export the applications via CSV. However, clicking the “export” button does nothing. I’ve tried updating the plugin and WordPress, but that didn’t solve the problem either.

Is there a way to fix this? Alternatively, is there another way to transfer the files or info from the old database to the new database?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Tools > Export should allow you to export applications as they are just a custom post type.

Thanks Mike! I’m just seeing Jobs under the list of post types to export, not Applications. And when I tried that, I just saw a list of the jobs that were posted. Am I missing something?

Can you confirm that the old site has WPJM Applications installed and activated? I’m seeing it in my list.

If you’re still having issues, can you contact us via https://wpjobmanager.com/support/ ? The forums here are provided only for the free plugins available via w.org and not premium plugins from other sources.

    Cheers!
