Exporting your entire blog to MS Word

Hello, I’ve seen a bunch of posts asking how to convert your entire blog into Microsoft Word, and most of the answers have been inadequate (converting a single post, dumping into Access and fiddling with tables,etc.). It’s not free, but it’s super easy and less than $50 for the software I used. There may also be free software out there somewhere.

There’s a simple two step process you can use to do it. I performed this task with 890 posts (with the final Word doc over 750 pages).

First, export your WordPress database using the export under Tools. Go to https://blogbooker.com and run it. This will create a PDF of your blog using the specs you provide.

Finally, I installed this software: https://www.docudesk.com/deskUNPDF-PDF-Converter.shtml (the trial only does 3 pages) which costs $39.95, and it perfectly coverts the blog booker PDF file into an editable Word file that includes all of your photos and text.
