    Hello @romana91

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
I was unable to replicate the problem. Every time I try, I can export the .json file. It seems that some server configurations or possibly browser extensions or restrictions are preventing the download of the file.
What you see on the screenshot you shared is basically the configuration of the W3TC in another format.

In the wp-content folder, there is a W3 Total Cache configuration /w3tc-config/master.php
You can make a backup of this file which is the same as downloading the .json (same config)

    Thanks!

Thankyou for your reply. Downloading the config file worked like a charm!
