Exporting Variations

    We’ve been testing the exporter plugin and was curious if there is a way to export the individual product variations with all information? We thought it was Filter Products by Product Type but when we use that filter along with Filter Products by Product Category we keep getting an error “No export entries were found, please try again with different export filters.”

  • Hi @sisintl, thanks for asking. There’s a current issue in the free Store Exporter Plugin here on w.org where filtering Products by Type as well as Category results in empty exports. Remove the Category filter and try again. I’m preparing a minor Plugin release to resolve this by ported over this code from our Pro export Plugin where this is working.

    We tried to export without the Category filter but we are still getting the same error. We’ll wait for when the fix is deployed to try again.

    Hi Sebastian, I’m not sure how that got marked as resolved. This fix is waiting in next week’s minor Plugin update.

    Hi @sisintl and @sebaros, the 1.9.6 Plugin release has been announced. The codebase for the free and Pro export Plugins are alot closer now so it’s easy to port fixes between the two releases. There are substantial changes in this release so please let me know if this issue persists
