Exporting then Importing MailPoet Subscribers not working

    I am trying to export my MailPoet subscribers from one site and import to another WordPress site with MailPoet.

    Site A
    Export, CSV File
    Checked: Email, First name, Last name, IP address. Status, Subscription date
    .csv file created

    Site B
    Import
    Upload a file
    Selected site A’s .csv file

    Then I get this message:

    The data you are trying to import doesn’t appear to be in the CSV format (Comma Separated Values). Read More
    The first line of a CSV file should be the column headers : “email”,”lastname”,”firstname”.
    The second line of a CSV file should be a set of values : “[email protected]”,”Average”,”Joe”.
    The two first lines of the file you’ve uploaded are as follow:
    Email,First name,Last name,IP address,Status,Subscription date
    [email protected],Kxxxe,Hxxxl,50.xx.xx.xx,1,July 15, 2016

    I’m going from MP to MP and the format appears correct when I open it in Notepad. I don’t know why its not working.
