Exporting The Calendar

  • I have your calendar in KeyWestTheRightWay.com and want to import the same events into PartyInKeyWest.com. Can I export your calendar into a .csv and import into my other calendar? It takes so long to manually dupicate.

    Also, when adding an event and you click on the calendar to add it, the calendar is messed up (you can’t click on all days). It’s like the calendar is too small to hold all dates.

    Good question and, yes, you can export events posts using the WordPress export tool (Tools > Export), then import them into another site using the WordPress import tool (Tools > Import). We also have a new add-on called iCal Importer which can help migrate events for you from one site to another on an automatic, scheduled basis. That might be worth looking into as well.

    It’s like the calendar is too small to hold all dates.

    Did you happen to resolve this? I just checked the site and the calendar looks great. Perhaps I’m looking at something else and you can provide me a link to where you’re seeing a display issue?
