Exporting subscribers

    Please select the proper field delimiter, they are not crammed into one field.

    And where do I select this……..there are no option in the back end that I can see. The export link only shows Microsoft Excel Comma Seperated Value as a download file type option……….so [NOT RESOLVED]

    You select it when importing in Excel NOT in the plugin. The export files are semicolon delimited.

    So I export is as semicolon in excel and then import the excel file into excel???????? maybe I need a lesson in excel but that just does not make any sense to me……..I am sorry for the simple questions but you would think that EXPORT would do the trick instead of bumble fu#@ing around after the fact with it………

    OMG! CSV files can be separated with different delimiters. Comma, semiconol, or tab. Ours is semiconlon delimited. It’s really that simple.
