Exporting Settings

    Hi

    I have WordPress installed locally on my mac. I want to know if there is a way to export my settings i.e theme, widgets, plugins to my self hosted domain? I know how to import my posts to my domain, but am wondering if there is a way to export all setting to my domain?
    Sorry for such a newbie question.
