Exporting Results Issue

  • Using Simple Survey for a while, it’s been live for several months and used once for a quiz with over 1000 respondents – all working fine.

    One of the new quizzes, however, won’t populate the Excel sheet of results when it’s downloaded. I just get a blank Excel sheet, not sure why this is happening.

    Any ideas/solutions/other people running into this?

    Continued testing, made a new quiz, running data through that and this again has produced an empty spreadsheet for download. No idea why SimpleSurvey isn’t directing it to the database as the quiz is completed.
