Exporting Package Dimensions

    It’s really useful that WooCommerce determines the most ideal package size for an order.

    When the order info is sent over to Shipstation, the package dimensions are unfortunately not included. Is there a way to make this happen?

    Hi @stylise ,

    The package dimensions are calculated by the particular extension that gets the shipping rates, and if that extension adds the dimensions of the box to the line items, it will be passed on to ShipStation.

    If you’re using an extension from the WooCommerce.com marketplace and it’s not integrating with ShipStation in this way, it would be great to have you add this suggestion to the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
