I would like to export all orders into a spreadsheet which includes the extra product options. Anyone have the SQL to extract this or a plugin which can pull it out?

I would ideally pull the data into a live Google Sheets spreadsheet but everything I have tried only pulls through basic order details and not the extra fields.
    Thanks

Our plugin is compatible with the Zapier plugin. The fields are by default exported as line_item_meta and it is showing in one column along with product name, category, variation id, etc.

    Hope this helps ??

    Thank you.

It’s been 7 months since Zapier was updated, and it’s untested with the latest version of WordPress. It only has 2000 installs. Do you have other suggestions? I’m having the same issue – unable to pull the Extra information into a spreadsheet.

Zapier will work but you have to pay for the Zapier plugin. In the end, I used Advanced Order Export for Woocommerce by AlgolPlus.

You configure which fields to export but the fields you want will only be listed once you have an order in the system which uses those fields.

@ianmarshall hey, I use AlgolPlus exports plugin, but can only get order meta exported per option field. With 10 extra fields, I need to add 10 different columns. Or is there an umbrella method so that any options/meta would appear within a single column? Under Product Items, I tried creating a column with the field key line_item_meta but it’s not allowing me to save it without selecting from the list of available keys.

    Thanks!
