Exporting on WP Gallery & Video

Two issues:

1) For native WP Image Galley, if I set the image to be clickable (and pops-up), the poped-up image cannot be exported. In the exported file HTML, the gallery image is exported, but the poped-up image still points to the HTTP URL, (not the local file).

2) For embedded video, it cannot be exported. Again, in the exported file HTML, embedded video still points to the HTTP URL, but not the local file.

Please advise if there is anything special I need to set in WP to make these work.
