Exporting more than 1000 entries

I need to fix this ASAP. Anyone have any suggestions? Don’t mean to rush, but seeing how I don’t see a support e-mail on the developer’s website, and it looks like the Pro Forums are down, I can’t think of what else to do.

Everytime I run an export, it only exports about 1000 entries. Not exactly 1000, sometimes like 1002, 1003, or 998. It seems strange. Before it wouldn’t export at all, it would give me a blank page. Then I changed my server’s max memory to 128 and that took care of the blank page.

You need to change the Page to Export option.

Thanks for the reply. But I cannot find that option. Where should I see it? I’m on VFB PRO Version 2.3.2

On the Export page, if you are viewing a form that has over 1000 entries, a new Page to Export dropdown will appear directly underneath the Date Range with a message that says “A large number of entries have been detected for this form. Only 1000 entries can be exported at a time.”

The export does allow you to select a date range.

Does the Fields box populate with your field names?
