    Hi, I still need assistance with the exporting keywords feature.
    I tried to respond to my ticket for premium support, with mailadress: [email protected] but it is not working anymore?
    What is going on??

    we currently do not have any open tickets from you in our system. Does it not work to send emails to us for you?

    Hi,
    I’ve sent multiple emails before that got through (I didn’t get it back at least), but I just got no reply. Anyway, I’ve tried to sent it again and it says it is spam.
    I got rid of the ticket/message history and now it got through. Hope for a fix soon!

    We have not received any mail from you so far. If it is still not working – have you already tried to send a message through our contact menu link from within your WordPress Admin? With that, we should receive the message 100%.

    So, I tried contacting through WP admin, but it says I am not allowed to access this page. Tried multiple servers and installs. Still having the exporting keyword issue. I will try sending you another email!
