I’ve just downloaded the plugin, but when exporting it creates .json files instead of .zip, and when trying to import I get an error saying the file type is not allowed, and if converted to .zip says no .json found ?????

    Any idea?

    Hi @kandikills,

Thanks for letting us know about this hiccup with the plugin. We’re on it!

Here’s what we think might be happening:

    1. Our bad! The plugin’s being a bit shy about telling us when something’s wrong. We’re working on making it more chatty when issues pop up.
    2. It looks like your server might be missing its PHP Zip extension.

    Here’s what you can do:

    1. Give your hosting provider a shout. Ask them to check if the PHP ZIP extension is enabled on your server. If it’s not, they can flip the switch for you.
    2. Once that’s sorted, try exporting again. You should get a nice .zip file this time.

    Thanks for helping us improve!

Still stuck? Don’t sweat it. Just drop us another line.

    Cheers!

    Hi @kandikills!

While I suspected that the issue is with your server’s zip extension. The new release should handle such cases. I mean, when you zip the file manually.

Please give it a try and let me know.

    Cheers,
