Exporting form database as excel results in empty file

  • Probably it’s a server problem, but i need some suggestion on how to debug this issue with the plugin. When i try to export the form database to excel .xslx or any other file type it takes too long to download and most of the times the file is empty. How i could check the problem behind this?

    Create an export link via the shortcode page and set “limit” to a low number like 10 or 100. Try the export. That should limit the memory usage and processing time. If that doesn’t work, it may be something about your server config that is wrong.
