Exporting form data

We are no longer using the CF7 forms though would like to export previous data. When I go to tools>export>contact form, an xml file is created, though it does not have any actual data.

I’d rather not link to the actual site since the forms are no longer active though the link is to a screenshot of the xml file. I’m curious why there is no actual form data in the xml file?
