Exporting Entries from All Forms at once

How can I export entries from more than 1 form at a time? Currently in order to export data I must select each form individually in order to export the data and since I have many forms it becomes a tedious exercise. I am happy to do this at the DB level if needed, however I do not know what view or stored proc is being used to generate the export. Can you provide some guidance on how to export all entries from all forms at once?
