Exporting data to crm

    Hi Wonderful Cognitive Class!

    With much love and gratitude for your awesome course – flower shop SO MUCH BETTER THAN yet another PIZZA bot demo – and plugin.

    I am making a watson bot for a children’s charity; it connects to Drip automated email system (similar to activecampaign/mailchimp) which will send them a five day mini course of parenting tips from parent support professionals.

    At the moment the course is generic but I would like the bot to be able to ask relevant questions such as age group of child AND EXPORT answers/context entities to the Drip automated email system so we can send them more relevant help. I have looked at botkit integration and a couple of others but can’t work out how to record that data and export it to Drip.

    Could you add a section on this to the course – eg how the flower shop would record the choices of the client. Or could I have 30 mins of your time PAID FOR VIA UPWORK??

    Thank you for your feedback and the kind words. We are very excited to hear that you want to create a chatbot for more than just answering frequently asked questions. We believe that this is a real power and value of chatbots and we are enhancing this plugin to do this. Our first step is already done. You can now get some basic information about the person your chatbot is conversing. Our plan is to do a lot more especially for those who are using WooCommerce (the most popular eCommerce system for WordPress). Stay tuned!
