• Hey everyone,

We are using your plugin on our website, but we were wondering if the paid version supports channable, like the official woocommerce cost of goods plugin does?

Channable is like a dashboard that takes your products, and advertises them to google (and others if you want), previously we used a manual csv file but that was very time consuming the bigger we grew as a webshop.
    Here is their website
The free version works great so far, but we cant seem to find the cost of goods field in channable.

I’m now supposed to list our hardware and software setup, but i don’t think that’s relevant for this question? If it is, let me know and I will add anything that may be useful. ??
We have all our plugins, translations and wordpress up to date.
And we have no further issues with the plugin.

    Hi Koen,

Unfortunately, our plugin is not compatible with Channable

    Thanks for the answer.

Could you maybe store the cost of goods value in the same database location that the official woocommerce cost of goods plugin would? that way, Channable would detect it as well I believe.
Maybe we can edit a php file to change where it stores values?

If not, that’s a shame, but I can understand that it is not useful to support everything ??

One last thing, do you happen to know where we could start looking for another plugin that may support it?
Because in all honesty, woocommerce asks a yearly price for their plugin, even though it is only 1 little number field it adds, so that is ridiculous.
You offer a very nice option to pay once for a lifetime, which is way better than woocommerce, but your plugin does not support channable sadly.

    Thanks, and greetings,
    Koen

    Hi,

I have passed your request to our development team, they will look into the possibility of compatibility. However, it may take quite some time.

I am not sure of any other plugin.

    Hey again,

    Best wishes for 2022!

Can you give me an update on potential compatibility?
If not, that’s alright, you did mention it was going to take some time.
Any idea how much time? are we talking about 2 more months? or more like 4 to 6?

    Thanks again ??
    Koen
