Exporting and importing is causing timeout error – can I do it via database?

    I tried to export and import my flamingo inbound messages.

    There are about 3500 emails stored.

    When doing it with the wordpress importer my server times out.

    Could I export some tables and import them to the new database?

    If so which ones and how do I proceed? Anything I need to think of?
