Export/Import Feature Not Working

    I exported all of the products on my website, edited a couple of values, then imported the file back into the website using the plugin but no values were changed.

    I attempted to change the “Manage Stock”, “Stock Status”, and “Stock” values but none were affected.

    I attempted using the “colon delimited values” as well as change the colon to comma. Neither worked.

    Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

    I am using WP Engine running WordPress 4.3.1.

    Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

    I tried do import and export data and everything working fine. I am using Microsoft Excel, for working with csv.
