    Hello

We’re using Forminator in HR purposes, Actually the CSV file working great

we tried to delete a question to check if it’s still showing in the CSV file or not but we found that the whole column has been deleted from the CSV file. although there we’re a previous submissions in the from and it should show in the csv file

Kindly let me know if there a solution for keeping deleted data in the CSV file

    Regards

    Hi @mukape,

If you delete a submission Forminator > Submissions page, then it deletes the entry from the database.

The CSV Export is only generated when you click the “Export” button. So it’ll only create an export based on the available submissions during the time when you click the “Export” button. So if a submission is deleted then I’m afraid the export won’t be able to get that data in the CSV.

What you could do is add an integration to Google Sheets, so that you’ll have all the submissions stored on the Google Sheets side, so that even after you delete the submission on the plugin side it won’t affect the Google sheet.

Please check the following doc for more info about Google Sheet:

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
