Exported submissions CSV file

Good day,

I activated the submissions for a form in Forminator, this form contains 3 field groups with conditions to hide and show. with a checkbox, then if the user choose 1st option from the checkbox the 1st field group will show to be filled. and the other 2 field groups still hidden.
I tried to submit my form for test proposals, it’s worked well.
but when I tried to export CSV file for this form submissions, I found that this exported file contains wrong data., the other 2 groups those were hidden supposed to be empty in the exported file. but I found that it contains data, I don’t know from where!
all the file columns is right but it’s content looks like to be mixed or not organized.

I’m using Forminator for applying on Jobs, and I really need this to be fixed ASAP.

Another Question: is there a way to restrict form submit only for logged in users? and if we can do that, how can we include users data into this exported csv file?
I mean if registered user submitted a form, he will appear in submissions, and then we can include him data into the file.

and let me know if you can give me more paid features and special customizations or not?
