Exported ged file can’t be opened

  • Hi there,

    I use Treepress premium and I’m having problems with exporting the data into a gedcom file and accessing it. I’ve tried the Windows App My Family Tree and the software Gramps and both returned an error when I tried to import the ged file that I exported from Treepress. Do you know what the problem might be?

    The reason I want to do this is because I want to print out the list of members (after formatting), and also to check the statistics of how many people in different age groups and genders we have in each family group.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
